Shipping

All items are in stock and are despatched to you from our warehouse within 1-2 work days of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.

Deliveries made by DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS.

If your country is not listed please email us to request a qoute.

Items being shipped will require a telephone number. If no telephone number is given upon ordering, we do not take responsibility for any delays to your item.

Express Shipping

Most items have a delivery time of 7 - 14 days.

Please Note

We will only send replacement items once our shipper confirms the item is lost. This will be 21 days or more from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team or email us if your item is lost after the 14 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our shipper, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

Please Note

All Items sent are recorded or tracked to door with tracking numbers; receiver will have to sign for release and it is your responsibility to make sure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the products, failure to do so will incur additional charges.

We do not ship to PO BOX or BFPO.

Damage or Lost in Transit

If item Box is received with damage please reject the goods or when you sign for goods mark as received damaged, once signed for it will be assumed that the item has been delivered in good condition.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping out from our warehouse. If your item is received damaged, contact our customer service department within 48 hours and please forward pictures of proof.
